- Eat berries! This is especially true of berries that are blue, red, or purple. Their color comes from anthocyanins, which is a powerful antioxidant that boosts energy.
- Wear bright happy colors and you’ll find that you get a bright happy attitude projected towards you. This will boost your own mood and energy levels.
- Try a lavender scent. Research has shown that a lavender scent increases people’s alertness.
- Don’t let yourself get dehydrated. Dehydration causes fatigue.
- Stay away from energy drinks. While they provide an instantaneous boost, they always result in a crash.
- Citrus scents stimulate alertness. Grapefruit essential oil is especially effective at producing an alert mood.
- Think positively. An optimistic outlook on life keeps your energy level up.
- Laugh! Laughter is great for what ails you. Laugh regularly to keep your mood up.
- Turn off the computer and go socialize with friends.
By the way…barcode scanners have nothing to do with this post, but nevertheless, are a necessary item for retailers. This is one item I have never really given much thought, but I happened to visit this site tonight and I was intrigued by the many different types of barcode scanners that exist!
