How Important is Television?

For example, does your home feature a Samsung HDTV sitting prominently in a main room for the family’s viewing pleasure…or perhaps you and I have something in common and you have a MUCH smaller little set sitting quietly in a corner that is used from time to time for a special diversion or distraction.
I’ll give you another idea of how important television is to us…no, we do not have a converter box on any television in our house. Nope – no programming at all for us. We watch only videos and DVDs on our televisions and use the Internet for any live news we may need.
Know what? We’re perfectly happy!
