Have you worked in a garden lately? The work involved in cultivating soil, planting seeds, hoeing weeds…it’s exhausting…and it burns calories! I don’t know if its the best weight loss supplement out there, but it definitely bears some consideration in the grand scheme of things. Go out there and work up a healthy appetite and then satisfy it with the fruits of your labors!
