			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>When stress and tension mount, it&#8217;s healthy to release these negative feelings. While you could engage in negative or harmful coping strategies, try a healthier option instead. Channel your energy and help yourself feel more calm and serene with a stress ball. By holding a stress ball in one or both hands, you can knead it to burn off your frustrations.</p>
<p>You&#8217;ll Need:</p>
<ul>
<li>One Large funnel</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Two balloons</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>1 1/2 cup flour</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Scissors</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>Push the small end of the funnel into a balloon. Pour the flour into the funnel to fill the balloon.</li>
<li>Squeeze the balloon gently to get the flour into a tight lump. Try to remove as much air as possible from the balloon.</li>
<li>Tie the balloon into a tight knot just above the flour inside the balloon.</li>
<li>Snip off the extra balloon on the other side of the knot with the scissors.</li>
<li>Snip off the small neck of the other balloon with the scissors.</li>
<li>Place the flour-filled balloon into the other balloon. Wrap the second balloon tightly around the first balloon twice to make two layers around the first balloon. Tuck the ends of the second balloon tightly around the first balloon.</li>
<li>Squeeze the stress ball with your hands. The triple layer of balloon latex that covers the flour should prevent leaks and breakage.</li>

From about mid-summer until after the first hard autumn frost, I can be a very miserable human being. The sneezing and wheezing is horrible. Some of my children have inherited this lovely trait from me. One of my daughters has a particularly nasty allergy that bothers her almost year-round. I tell you, if we lived closer to <a href="http://www.austinwellnessclinic.com/services/allergy-resolution.html">austin allergy doctor</a>, I&#8217;d be taking her in. It&#8217;s horrible to see her suffering. </p>

You know, when you&#8217;re talking on the phone with a pencil and paper in front of you and one thing leads to another&#8230;pretty soon you&#8217;ve filled half a page with an unplanned, impromptu work of art!</p>
<p>As it turns out, doodling can have therapeutic benefits. Not only does it stretch your imagination and encourage you to think creatively, it can be a peaceful escape from stress.</p>
<p>You can choose to follow the rules&#8230;or not. Here are some suggestions:</p>
<ol>
<li>Put pencil to paper and make a closed loop. Strive for a never-ending shape without openings.</li>
<li>Go back and fill the areas with different patterns and shading techniques. You can even add handwriting, geometric patterns or cartoon pictures.</li>
<li>Increase the size of the shape to fill the whole page.</li>
<li>Never erase &#8212; even if you make what you think is a mistake, try to build it into the design.</li>
<li>Go back and add color with color pencils.</li>
